USLOOBI Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the website or app, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, safety rules, disclaimers, and any community guidelines that apply to a feature or service.

2. About USLOOBI

USLOOBI is a walking, wellness, learning, and connection brand. USLOOBI WALK V1 focuses on walking, private Walk & Talk rooms, simple progress, guides, and safety.

3. Wellness Disclaimer / No Medical Advice

USLOOBI provides general wellness and educational information only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have health concerns, consult a qualified professional before starting or changing a walking or wellness routine.

4. Walking and Outdoor Safety

You walk at your own risk. You are responsible for your surroundings, traffic, weather, terrain, health limits, and local laws. Do not use the app in unsafe situations, and stop if you feel unwell.

5. Outdoor Mode

Outdoor Mode may use location permissions. GPS, location, distance, pace, and step estimates may be imperfect. App data is informational and not guaranteed to be medically or technically exact.

6. Today's App Movement

App-open movement is not full-day health tracking in V1. App Movement should not be relied on as medical or health-grade data.

7. Walk & Talk Rules

V1 uses private invite rooms. There is no public matching and no public discovery in V1. No location sharing is implied in Walk & Talk. Users must behave respectfully and keep conversations appropriate.

Prohibited behavior includes harassment, threats, hate speech, racism, religious abuse, sexual harassment, impersonation, spam, unsafe behavior, illegal activity, sharing harmful content, and abusive conduct.

8. Reports, Blocking, and Moderation

Users may report and block others. USLOOBI may warn, restrict, suspend, or terminate access for safety or policy reasons. Severe or repeated violations may lead to suspension. Appeals may be available where applicable.

9. Guest and Anonymous Users

Guests may join certain private invite rooms where enabled. Guest access may use anonymous authentication. Guest users must still follow all rules, and guest access may be limited or removed.

10. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for your account information and activity. Keep login information secure. USLOOBI may restrict accounts for safety, security, or policy reasons.

11. Guides and Content

Loobi Guides are general wellness and educational content. Initial V1 guides may be free. Content availability may change, and USLOOBI does not guarantee specific results.

12. Intellectual Property

The USLOOBI name, USLOOBI WALK, Loobi, Loomi, Toobi, Toomi, logos, mascot designs, website content, app visuals, guides, graphics, text, course materials, and brand assets are protected brand property. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, modify, or commercially exploit these materials without permission.

13. User Content / Reports / Feedback

You may submit feedback, reports, messages, or support requests. USLOOBI may use feedback to improve services. You must not submit illegal, abusive, or infringing content.

14. Service Changes

Features may change, be added, removed, or limited over time. Future features such as more guides, premium content, store experiences, or subscriptions are not guaranteed unless officially launched.

15. Limitation of Liability

USLOOBI is not liable for injuries, accidents, health issues, walking environment hazards, inaccurate sensor or GPS data, user conduct, third-party services, service interruptions, data loss, misuse of app features, or decisions made based on general wellness content.

16. Third-Party Services

USLOOBI may rely on Firebase, Google services, LiveKit or similar real-time communication services, and website hosting or infrastructure partners. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies.

17. Termination

USLOOBI may suspend or terminate access for violations, safety concerns, abuse, or legal reasons.

18. Governing Law / General Legal

These Terms are interpreted according to applicable laws. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective.

19. Changes to These Terms

USLOOBI may update these Terms from time to time as the website, app, or legal requirements change.
