2. About USLOOBI
USLOOBI is a brand for everyday life. USLOOBI WALK is a walking and movement product under the USLOOBI brand that includes App Movement, Outdoor Mode, private invitation-based voice rooms, Progress, Goal Planner, profiles, Guides, and safety tools.
3. Wellbeing and medical disclaimer
USLOOBI provides general awareness and wellbeing information only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have health concerns, consult a qualified professional before starting or changing a walking or wellbeing routine.
4. Walking and outdoor safety
You walk at your own responsibility. You are responsible for paying attention to your surroundings, traffic, weather, terrain, health limits, and local laws. Do not use the app in unsafe conditions, and stop if you feel unwell.
5. Outdoor Mode
Outdoor Mode may use location permission. GPS, location, distance, pace, speed, and step estimates may be inaccurate. App data provides general information and is not guaranteed to be medically or technically precise.
6. App Movement
App Movement updates while the app is open and active. It does not represent complete, full-day health tracking and should not be relied on as precise medical or health data.
7. Walk & Talk rules
Walk & Talk operates through private invitation rooms. It is not a public matching or discovery service and does not mean that your location is shared. You must respect others and keep conversations appropriate. You can mute, end a call, block, or report when needed.
Prohibited conduct includes harassment, threats, hate speech, racism, religious abuse, sexual harassment, impersonation, spam, unsafe conduct, illegal activity, and harmful or abusive content.
8. Reports, blocking, and moderation
Users can report and block others. USLOOBI may warn a user, restrict access, suspend an account, or end access for safety, policy, or legal reasons. An appeal and decision-review path may be available when appropriate.
9. Guests and anonymous users
Guests may be able to enter certain private invitation rooms when the feature is available, and this access may use limited anonymous authentication. The same rules apply to guests, and their access may be restricted or ended.
10. Accounts and security
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, activity on your account, and protecting your sign-in details. Accounts may be restricted for safety, security, or policy reasons as permitted by the service and these Terms.
11. Guides and content
The currently available USLOOBI Guides are free, general wellbeing and educational resources. They do not require a purchase or subscription. Content availability may change, and USLOOBI does not guarantee specific results from using it.
12. Intellectual property
The USLOOBI and USLOOBI WALK names, logos, designs, website and app content, Guides, graphics, text, and brand materials are protected property of their respective rights holders. They may not be copied, resold, distributed, modified, or commercially exploited without permission.
13. Feedback, reports, and support requests
You may send feedback, reports, messages, and support requests. USLOOBI may use feedback to improve its services. You must not submit content that is unlawful, abusive, or infringes the rights of others.
14. Service changes and availability
Features may change, be added, removed, or restricted, and the service may experience interruptions. No future feature or service is guaranteed unless it is officially released.
15. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, USLOOBI is not responsible for injuries, accidents, health issues, risks in the walking environment, sensor or GPS inaccuracies, user conduct, third-party services, interruptions, data loss, misuse of features, or decisions based on general wellbeing content.
16. Third-party services
Some website or app functions may depend on third-party services for infrastructure, authentication, or communication. Those services may be governed by their own terms and policies. Our Privacy Policy explains the relevant data-handling details.
17. Suspension or termination of access
USLOOBI may suspend, restrict, or end access when there are violations, abuse, safety concerns, or legal reasons. This does not remove an appeal path when one is available and appropriate to the case.
18. General provisions
These Terms are interpreted under applicable laws. If one provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply. The current Terms do not identify a specific country or court with jurisdiction.
